Try
this if you often want snack food…
(how to survive a snack attack while transitioning to better eating
habits.)
- Keep
ready to eat carrots in the fridge along with celery, cherry tomatoes
etc.
- Have
pre-washed greens plus ready-made healthy dressing for quick salads.
- Have
a few nuts, rolled in lettuce leaves between meals.
- Eat
half an avocado from the shell with a spoon.
- Have
raw nut-butter or seed-butter on celery stalks.
- Keep
ripe bananas dates and/or figs handy.
- Have
other fresh or dried fruit available to munch on.
- Go
and do some other activity so you don't eat at all.
Avoid
going into a grocery store when you are "hungry".
Eat slowly and chew well. Eat everything raw.
